Re-reconcile accounts?

I dont think there is any way to re-reconcile.  There is certainly no
way to manually reconcile a transaction, although you can manually
un-reconcile one.  To get a transaction back to reconciled you have to
run the reconcile dialog.  Note that un-reconciling _may_ cause the
reconciled balance to get displayed incorrectly.
