Installing RedHat 9 with gnucash 1.8.1

OK guys I am off and running...

Downloading the ISOs to my MS box.
Will Transfer to my Linux Machine.
Then install Linux 9 onto my extra 60Gig drive.

Once that is done.

Will there be a problem upgrading to 1.8.7 of gnucash?

If I have the latest Redhat version 9 I should
have all the dependencies... yes?
