I have no idea offhand, sorry.  As I said it's working fine for me.
Take a look at your A/R account and find all the transactions for a
particular customer.  Also run a customer report and set the start date
to be REALLY EARLY to find all the transactions being pulled in.
The list should match.

Did you ever hand-enter or hand-modify any transactions in your A/R
account?
