Sorry to say Harry , but apply this to yourself first.

Go and read the Gnucash help file and if you then have more questions this 
(very) helpfull list will try to put you in the right direction.
And if you don't understand the concept of Gnucash that's OK but don't try to 
make that we are the silly ones.
