printed invoice

I'm sometimes a slow learner.
I have made Invoice number 2.
I printed invoice number 2 
and my business details are missing from it
I read the help line by line and my business details were entered under 
file:properties.
I'm sure that sometime in the past I've told it not to print those details but 
I don't know how I did it and I need to fix it.
I don't really need the fancy invoice with logos etc; I found how to do those 
in the help.
