A qualified YES... but it takes two computers to do it.

I have an old alphastation running Gentoo Linux on my network that has X and
GnuCash installed. I have another Win-shmeah computer running Cygwin/X. I
run the gnucash client on the alphastation, but all of the display goes to
the Win-shmeah computer. Works great.

Steps:
1. Linux server must be running with gnucash installed and ssh server
running.
2. Windows computer must be running with Cygwin/X installed.
3. On windows computer, start Cygwin (c:\> cygwin)
3. % startx
4. % xhost +
5. % ssh -X joeblow at remote.linux.server
6. $ gnucash

HTH!
