Installing GNUCash on TurboLinux 8

I do not have 3.2, so can't verify it from experience. I have gcc versions 3.3.2, 3.0, and 2.96. It does compile with 3.0 and 2.96, possibly below, but I would recommend updating the compiler if anyone is using something too much older than that.
