Subject: [Finance-quote-devel] TIAA-CREF module

CVS now contains a working Tiaacref.pm. Please be sure to read the new
docs on the module, as TIAA-CREF has changed the pseudosymbols used for
their Personal Annuities. The CREF Retirement Annuities (including their
popular CREF Stock Fund) have not changed.

Thanks to Kevin Foss for tracking down the new CGIs and figuring out
what they needed to hear to get the right data back out.
