I don't mind contributing to this - John, Benjamin: does one of you
want to start this backchannel, and I'll edit, or should I?  I'm
thinking that since Bejamin has the accounting textbook, maybe he
should start with a precis of the "Contra" account, and I'll toss in
the bit about the GST and show the trees, and John can put in a
disclaimer and summarise.  Does this make sense?
