gnucash dying

I would also be a little concerned that your gnucash file has some corrupted
transactions.
 Warning: xaccTransScrubCurrency: no common transaction currency found
is a sign that you have transactions with a few lines missing.
There have been sporadic reports of this problem. It happened to me
several weeks ago. Make sure that you preserve the last backup which was
read into gnucash without this error.
