Strange extra character in text reports

Did that - very nice. Oddly, as well as changing the symbol used for the
currency, it also makes GnuCash suddenly use the configured desktop font. No
idea why that's happening!

Anyhow, this is something of an improvement, except that it's now using 'GBP'
instead of the £ symbol!
