More digit in currency

Linas,

I just committed another test to gnc-numeric.c (why isn't there a
test-numeric in src/engine/tests?) that shows the problem.  It's
the last test, and when run it shows this:

multiply (LCD): [1000000 / 1000000] * [10000000000000 / 1000000] = [-8446744073709 / 1000000]

So, as you can see, it's not working right.
