GUILE FPE Crash on GnuCash Startup

Ok is this the same as bug 125600? But my scheduled transactions were
monthly and I wasn't in the editor --I was  just trying to start up
GnuCash. Is this fixed in 1.8.9 or do I need to go to CVS?
