credit xactions on credit card

Ooh, ooh, I know this one.  Just fill in a name (I use Refund or some
such), set the To: account to the Transfer account to the expenses
account to which the credit applies (Expenses->Computer for example if
you returned a graphics card like I did recently), and enter the amount
of the credit in the Payment column.
