If the actual expense goes to Dining when you enter it, that is where it 
should be in the report. I doubt that you have that much owing on your credit 
card (4,614 of whatever unit, when your dining comes to only 18.4 currency 
units)
Try opening the credit card account and running a report from there on dining 
to see what has been allocated to dining over the time
