Derek,

I'm using 1.8.8.  I think I was prompted for an exchange rate when I set
up the starting balance, but I can't be sure. I may have just entered it
myself.  The exchange rate is listed in the Price Editor, but it looks
like it's only being used for the Equity:Starting Balance account.
