how do I get off this list?

I send the email, but never get a response.  I've even forged the
return address as k4gvo at qsl.net and that didn't get a reponse of any
kind.  When I first started trying, I sent it out as coming from
k4gvo at mindspring.com  and did get a response saying that
k4gvo at mindspring wasn't subscribed.    qsl.net does not do any spam
filtering, it is a forwarding service only.  I looked in the spam
catcher for mindspring and there isn't anything in there from the mail
list.
