Business: any type of inventory reporting available?

Hi,

Just our of curiosity, is there ahny way to do inventory reporting? 
Specifically, when I expense milage, I'm allowed 5000 km at one price 
and anything over that is a different price. Is there a way for me to 
ask GC how many kilometers I've totaled so far?
