exponentially slow ofx/qfx import?

Thanks. The first time I tried it I thought it just stopped working but 
I had left it only for a couple hours. When I retried much later, I left 
it overnight and it seemed to finish up OK. There were 43 items to import.

I tried to import varying length ofx files and found that there seemed 
to be an approximately exponential--perhaps even double exponential 
relationship.
