Blank Reports

Ok I think I see what you're saying now. I always have this report
available as one of the documents of the MDI that comes up when I run
GnuCash. I can see the report in the screen as part of the MDI if I
click on the appropriate tab, although  it does not display the images
that I have set up to show in the header. So I guess this means that
gtkhtml is working. What I meant by the  "preview functionality" is what
I get by hitting Print, and then Preview. I take it you are saying that
all of that is handled by gnome-print, so that is where I should look
for problems.
