Reconcilliation Woes

Hmm...I don't find a way to directly change the difference field in the 
reconcile list widgets window.  Do you mean you change the "Ending 
Balance" amount on the little "reconcile information" panel that pops 
up before you get to the reconcile list widgets window?  The default 
amount in the "Ending Balance" field will generally be wrong.  You 
should replace it with the ending balance from the statement you are 
reconciling to.
