Struggling with vendor payments

Have you noticed that when you start a new bill from either the vendor 
look-up screen or the method above, it doesn't pick up the Terms? Term 
work fine when you start with Business->Vendors->New Bill, select the 
vendor and their terms pop-up automatically. any other method and you 
have to manually select the terms.
