trouble with log replay

I opened my most recently saved .xac file, and then replayed the  
log.  If I look at the General Ledger I see all the changes that I  
made.  In this case I lost invoices I created.  When I look at a  
Customer Report, the invoice posted in the General Ledger does not  
show up on the Customer Report.

Any thoughts on how I can get it to show up?
