One workaround that I've found for this problem is to adjust the threshold 
settings under Preferences in Online Banking & Importing.  I've actually 
got the match display threshold turned all the way down to 0.  It doesn't 
improve the auto-match algorithm at all, but it makes it much more likely 
to provide the correct transaction as an option for a manual match.
