Can't open account

Are you sure it's in the same place? Are you sure you have the same
UID?

What file did you open? Are you sure you opened your gnucash data file
and not something else?

Generally that error means you pointed gnucash at an unknown file. I
dont think anything changed in the file-open code path since 1.8.9
that could cause this, so my first guess is that you're trying to open
a non-gnucash file, and gnucash is complaining at you about it.
