Tax settings for other countries

[Dr. C. K. Shayin]

Dear Mr. Atkins,
I am not a programmer, but I have dabbled in programming occasionally.
Can you tell me where the tax reports(source code) are for US and
Germany so that I may use that as a base for attempting something
similar for India.
