Canadian Stocks in USD (eventually)

I have figured this out, sort of. First, the "." in "IPL.UN" translates into 
Yahoo! as a "-", so "IPL-UN.TO" returns a quote. Secondly, to get actual 
exchange rates, I created a bogus currency account called "One Canadian 
Penny" which contains one Canadian penny, with the price-check option 
checked. This causes Finance::Quote to retrieve an exchange rate for $CDN 
which is then magically applied to my stocks. This is not brilliant 
programming or anything but it does seem to work. Hope this is helpful to 
someone else...
