Thank you for the tip, Mark. I've got a way out of the maze. And here is a diggest for somebody else who face the same:
In fact the whole problem is the site www.oasis-open.org has no response. I've just changed all the refferences to that site for a file im my own filesystem. I mean, change the text
"http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd"
for
"file:///usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd"
in the files
gnucash-docs-1.8.1/guide/C/gnucash-guide.xml
gnucash-docs-1.8.1/guide/de_DE/gnucash-guide.xml
gnucash-docs-1.8.1/help/C/gnucash-help.xml
gnucash-docs-1.8.1/help/de_DE/gnucash-help.xml
And everything is ok.
