Hey, welcome to OSS. Let's be constructive here and fix the situation.
As you learn through the problems you are having, tell me what to put
in the documentation that would have helped you. Send me screenshots.
Send me documentation text.
*I* have never had to do what you are doing, which explains why the docs
may be incomplete.
Have you tried to put your loan numbers into the Financial Calculator?
(Tools -> Financial Calculator). I'm just curious if that gives values
equal to what your bank gives.
