bug in tax report

In Tax Report/TXF report I was getting some $0 amounts when Options are set:

From: Start of Previous Year
TO:  End of Previous Year
Alternate Period: Last Year

Changing Alternate Period to "Use From-To" seems to have eliminated the
problem (or feature). The amounts seem correct.
