How to reserver money?

This was covered just recently. The neatest way to go about it is to 
create a sub-account *within* your regular checking account for the 
purpose. That way you can keep track of the "virtual" balances (reserved 
and non-reserved) and the overall account will still show the actual 
amount in the account.
