How to reserver money?

Hi,

How do you reserve money ? I couldn't find it in the archives and also I
don't know if 'reserving' is the proper term. Something like a virtual
bank account.

Like you want to reserve a certain amount of money each month to go out
for dinner. When enough money is 'reserved', it can be used for dinner.

I can make an account for this but when I transfer money to this account
from my bank account, the bank account isn't correct anymore because the
money only leaves the bank account when its used and not every month.
