1.8.11 build fails with gdk-pixbuf-devel-0.22.0-15.1.i386.rpm installed

RHEL4 comes with gdk-pixbuf-devel-0.22.0-15.1.i386.rpm The make for 
Gnucash links to libgnomecanvaspixbuf but it is not provided with 
gdk-pixbuf-devel-0.22.0-15.1  Don't know gdk-pixbuf-devel is supposed to 
work without this lib.

gdk-pixbuf-devel-0.22.0-15.0.i386.rpm has the lib and the build works. 
You can get this rpm from the Fedora Core 3 distro

I don't know what implications this holds for the development team.
