where is the mythical Gnome Application Crash Page?

It depends how it's crashing.  Anytime it crashes with a signal
it should pop up a dialog asking if you want to file a bug report.
However, if it's dying due to some other issue, it wont.  What's
it say on your terminal when Gnucash dies?  (You ARE running gnucash
from a terminal, RIGHT?)
