Can't see account window

Hi,

For some reason, the Account window doesn't show up in my interface. I'm
not sure what happened for it to disappear. I actually thought it wasn't
possible to do so.

I tried changing from Notebook to single window back to notebook but it
doesn't show up.

Any ideas how this happened and how to bring it back?
