Report on whole chat of accounts list

I believe that she is looking for a transaction report, but with a
starting and ending balance on the report.  The closest way to do that
seems to be to run a transaction report for the period and account(s) of
interest, and check the 'Running Balance' option on the Display tab of
the option screen.
