Math Error?

My numbers don't seem to be coming up right...

Net Assets=
Equity + Income + Unrealized gains (stock value - stock purchase) -  
Expenses

No matter how many ways I check, I come up with my answer being  
exactly $10.12 more than what Gnucash tells me.

I'm basing my Assets / Liabilities / Income / Expenses / Equity on  
what Gnucash says the account values are.
I'm comparing it to what Gnucash says my assets / profit is in the  
top bar.

My calculations agree on what Gnucash says for profits. What gives?
