Gnucash on SuSE9.3 (gal)

You are missing libesd.so. I can't say where to get that for Suse, but
my Slackware system has such a library in esound-0.2.36-i486-1. Its
description is:
esound: esound (Enlightened Sound Daemon)
esound:
esound: EsounD, the Enlightened Sound Daemon, is a server process that mixes
esound: several audio streams for playback by a single audio device. For
esound: example, if you're listening to music on a CD and you receive a
esound: sound-related event from ICQ, the two applications won't have to
esound: jockey for the use of your sound card. Install esound if you'd like
esound: to let sound applications share your audio device.
esound:

There is also another libesd.so in another package (libao), but this
does not appear to be the correct one (due to the install path).

This is surprising: I didn't think gnucash supported sound. Perhaps it
is only that one of its dependencies depends upon this, and it is not,
in fact, used by gnucash.
