Upgrading Issues

This Suse 9.2 system has a Gnucash upgrade available in the apt repository.
It displays this log if I attempt to upgrade to the newer version.

gnucash:
Depends: libofx.so.1()(64bit) but it is not installable

Current libofx files are listed below.

/usr/include/libofx
/usr/include/libofx/libofx.h
/usr/lib/libofx.so.0
/usr/lib64/libofx.a
/usr/lib64/libofx.la
/usr/lib64/libofx.so
/usr/lib64/libofx.so.0
/usr/lib64/libofx.so.0.0.6

Last but not least, an upgrade to libofx is also available. However it wants
to remove my current version of Gnucash. Thus my hesitation. Any ideas how I
can juggle this dependencies ?
