Indeed.   try 1.9.4.   Many of these were just not marked for
translation so didn't get translated in 1.8.   Most of these
should have been fixed in SVN for 1.9/2.0, but should get verified.

Umm..... MAYBE?  I don't know if any of the raw strings got
