GnuCash 2.0.1 Release

Derek et al,

Although I have been using GC (very successfully) for almost 4 years I am 
awestruck.

I just installed the new 2.x version and not only does it look somewhat 
better, multiple currency reports work, characters such as Ü work, everything 
fine and beautiful.
