Account balance calculated incorrectly

Hi all,
  It seems to me that my gnucash file has become corrupted. I can see
strange things like the account balance being decremented double the value
of the transaction, or being decremented insted of incremented... I started
seeing that after replaying a log file after a crash. Please have a look at
this bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378638 and tell how can
I repair the file. Using Actions -> Check & Repair -> All transactions does
not help.
