Fink finally has 2.0.2

As packaged now, gnucash2 on fink has everything listed internally --
even the base app has to be in crypto until I can convince TPTB that
gtkhtml doesn't belong in crypto, so there's no point in splitting
things out yet.

Finance-quote and libofx are listed at versions in the dependencies
that let's them exist outside crypto ('unified' = forced to use
Apple's ssl distribution). Aqbanking is specified recent enough to do
OFXDirectConnect. Once I resolve the gtkhtml issue, then everything
but aqbanking (and gwenhywfar) can move to stable and exist as a
binary for download (but the binary download will not have direct
connect capabilities).

For the moment, everything's 'in there'. The binary download will
have a slightly different package name, so if you install now, any
updates will get you the full capability set.
