New Finance::Quote module for canadian mutual funds

I just started using gnucash a few weeks ago (v 1.8.12) and found that
it couldn't get quotes for a lot of my canadian mutual funds.  I could
have tried newer verisions but since they weren't in the Ubuntu
repository I decided just to write a new module.  I also wanted to
learn how to do it.

This module gets mutual fund quotes from www.stockhouse.ca.   I've
used it for the last week to fetch all my fund quotes and haven't had
any problems with it.

Any comments, corrections or additions welcome!
