Changing Job Numbers after creating an invoice

Yeah, the billing id is copied by value from the Job; it's not a reference
to the job's id.   So, yeah, you need to unpost the invoice, change the
job id, and then repost the invoice.

I have no idea how or why this would "hang" gnucash..  I'd need to see
a stack trace from the "hang" to answer that.
