Did the link take to you debian's "experiemental" repository?  Don't
use that.  Ubuntu's own repository has Gnucash 2.0 packages that you
can just install using synaptic (or aptitude, or apt-get).  That
package was built on Ubuntu and thus is correctly linked against the
libraries in Ubuntu.
