how to move account inside the tree

Hi,

is it possible to change (version 1.8.12):

AccountA
AccountB
  |
  ---AccountC

to, for example:

AccountB
  |
  ---AccountA
  ---AccountC

In other words, can the tree be reorganized without breaking the database?
