I tried kbabel myself just now and it needs a little tinkering with the 
project configuration options before use or you'll end up (like me) having to 
edit the header afterwards. Make sure kbabel outputs a header that is similar 
to existing headers and it's quite a usable programme. I think it gets 
confused when you want to translate lots of files from different projects - 
which is disappointing because I'd expect that this is how a lot of 
translators operate!
