Merging Accounts

All,

Is it possible to merge accounts?

For example, lets say I wish to move the entries in 
account "EXPENSES:Personal:Hair Care" into account 
"EXPENSES:Personal:Miscellaneous", or the entries in 
account "INCOME:Other:CIP" into account "INCOME:Other:Bonus".  

I know that I can edit individual entries, but since my database is over 
23MB in size, it would take too much time to do that.  I assume some 
sort of account merge function exists in gnucash, or at least I am 
hoping there is.

If this can be done, how do I do it?
