Deleting individual stocks

You really don't want to do this..  We're working on a way to
"hide" zero-balance accounts..   For now you can just create a
"Closed Assets" account and reparent the zero-balance accounts
to the Closed Assets account.

Deleting is a bad idea, because they you lose the history and
need to do something with the transactions in the account.
